As a Sudanese woman, and a citizen of the world, the injustice and malicious dealings that are going on currently in Sudan mean a great deal to me. Over 300 people have died, and nearly 2,000 are being detained without a just cause by a vicious dictator that does not want to give up his seat, or ensure peace.
I hope that my homeland will reach true peace and equality for all one day soon. In the meantime, I hope that more people learn of this forgotten struggle.
